The Miss Charity International (MCI) beauty pageant is proposed as an annual event which in design and conception would enable Winners of the MCI Pageant to become active agents of change in the areas of Youth Development and Empowerment through well thought-out programmes and projects. Youth formally under-privileged would enjoy access to MCI progammes to develop into responsible well-equipped adults who can contribute their quota to national development.
